White Sauce Pasta

It's a creamy, cheesy and mouth-watering Italian recipe. Oregano, black pepper and red chilli flakes further enhances the taste!

Preparation

Step 1 :

Boil the pasta till it is soft and cooked.

Step 2 :

Cut the vegetables of your choice and sauté it in butter, oregano, black pepper and garlic. Cook it for 2 - 5 minutes and keep it aside.

Step 3 :

In pan on medium heat, add butter and 2 teaspoons of all-purpose flour. Cook it until the raw smell of flour goes away. Then add milk and boil it for 5 minutes. Keep stirring to ensure that no lumps are formed.

Step 4 :

Add cheese slices and cook it till it dissolves. Add oregano, black pepper and red chilli flakes.

Step 5 :

Add the boiled pasta and veggies and cook it for 2 minutes. Your creamy white sauce pasta is ready to eat.
