Cheese Almond Seekh Kebabs

These are exotic kababs for vegetarians. Prepare them for a dinner or lunch party and impress guests!

Preparation

Step 1 :

Blend all the ingredients thoroughly, except til. Divide equally in 20 balls.

Step 2 :

Make seekhs by rolling them on skewers. Sprinkle til. Keep it in the fridge till your party begins.

Step 3 :

On a hot non-stick tawa / grilling pan / normal pan, add 1 tsp oil and roast these seekhs from all sides 5/6 at a time. They need only 2 minutes to get brown and crisp from all sides (on medium flame).

Step 4 :

Serve it hot with shredded fresh salad and lemon wedges of your choice.

Step 5 :

You can also serve it on makhani gravy, as seekhs boats, or simply serve with ketchup or your favourite dip or chutney.

Step 6 :

You can freeze these seekhs up to a week too.
