Pasta Cheese Balls

Cheese balls made of pasta! It is best served hot during the winter season.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Take a pan put 1/4th cup butter. Add half cup milk to it.

Step 2 :

After that, add cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese and then corn (microwaved for 30 seconds).

Step 3 :

Add pinch of salt cook for 15 minutes.

Step 4 :

In another, pan keep pasta (soaked and cooked).

Step 5 :

Add these mixture to the pasta and allow it to cool completely.

Step 6 :

After that, make them into balls.

Step 7 :

Take oil for the deep fry.

Step 8 :

Dip these balls in cornflour and then in ghee and spices.

Step 9 :

Make them fry till the colour changes to gold.

Step 10 :

Enjoy it with mint chutney.
