A desi twist to the Italian pizza! You can make it from leftover idlies too.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Steam idli in the idli container and keep it aside.

Step 2 :

Heat butter in a pan and add all veggies. Sauté it but do not overcook. Add all the seasoning.

Step 3 :

Cut the idlies into halves

Step 4 :

Apply butter and then pizza sauce. Keep half the butter.

Step 5 :

Spread 1 tbsp. of veggies on the idlies.

Step 6 :

Grate cheese on top and sprinkle the herbs.

Step 7 :

Bake it in the oven till the cheese melts.

Step 8 :

Depending on your taste, any type of veggies can be used.
