A crispy toast with creamy cheesy topping! It is best enjoyed with evening tea. And yes, kids love it too.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Heat butter in a pan. Add chopped garlic and fry it for a bit.

Step 2 :

Add onions and bell pepper and cook for 2 minutes on a medium flame.

Step 3 :

Add 2 teaspoons of all-purpose flour. Mix it well.

Step 4 :

Add 1 ½ cups of full cream milk. Keep on stirring.

Step 5 :

Then add 1 cup grated processed Amul cheese and boiled corn pellets.

Step 6 :

Now add crushed pepper and salt according to your taste.

Step 7 :

Lastly, add a pinch of mixed Italian herbs.

Step 8 :

Take lightly toasted bread. Spread this mixture on those slices.

Step 9 :

Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.

Step 10 :

It can be consumed like this or the slices can be toasted more on the pan for more crispiness.
