Cheese Balls

Crunchy on the outside and gooey on the inside, these deep-fried cheese balls make for a great starter. It goes well with tomato ketchup.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Combine the bread, milk, ginger, ajwain, chat masala, salt, pepper powder and chilli powder. Mash until smooth.

Step 2 :

Shape the mixture into small balls and fill the centre of each ball with grated mozzarella cheese.

Step 3 :

Dip each ball in corn flour paste and coat it with bread crumbs. Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the balls until they turn golden brown.
