It's a Punjabi tadka. A versatile dish liked by people of any age group across India. It's colorful, tasty and healthy too.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Add oil in a pan.

Step 2 :

Add 1/2 cup chopped onions and cook until they change color.

Step 3 :

Add 1/2 tablespoon of Ginger-garlic paste and mix well.

Step 4 :

Now add one cup of tomato puree and let bubbles arise. As they do, add 1/2 teaspoon each of coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric and also some salt to taste.

Step 5 :

Add 1/2 cup of water to the mixture and cook for about three minutes.

Step 6 :

Now add the king of this recipe - 1/2 cup of ' Amul cheese cubes'.

Step 7 :

Cook for a minute and garnish it with fresh cream and coriander leaves.
