This is the best combination of ingredients for a healthy breakfast. Also this is best way to include cheese in your diet. It tastes amazing and you can never have enough of this dish. Best part it is time saver.

Preparation

Step 1 :

In a large bowl, combine eggs and milk and give a whisk.

Step 2 :

Season with salt and pepper. Place bowl aside.

Step 3 :

In a large non-stick skillet, add olive oil (optional). Add and saute mushrooms in medium heat. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 4 :

Add spinach and continue cooking for about 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Step 5 :

Pour egg mixture into mushroom mixture. Add Amul cheese.

Step 6 :

Close the lid on skillet and let it steam cook for a minute on low flame until lightly browned and puffed.

Step 7 :

Remove from skillet with a spatula. Place on a plate and voila, it is ready to serve.
