Eggless Quinoa Cake

As the name of recipe suggests, the cake is eggless, i.e., we have used banana instead of egg. Rich in iron a high on fibre, it’s great to maintain diet without excluding cake.

Step 1 :

Sieve quinoa flour and baking powder together and keep aside.

Step 2 :

Mix butter, sugar and bananas thoroughly.

Step 3 :

Beat well for 4 minutes.

Step 4 :

Add quinoa flour and baking powder.

Step 5 :

Mix and add vanilla essence.

Step 6 :

Blend again and pour the mixture in to a microwave safe container of desired shape.

Step 7 :

Bake for 4-5 minutes at 120-degree Celsius in 600W microwave. Let it cool down. Spread the icing cream on it equally.
