This is delicious yet effective recipe to lose weight.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Take one bowl of India Gate quinoa and soak it in three bowls of water for 30 minutes.

Step 2 :

Meanwhile, chop green chili, tomato and coriander leaves into small pieces and chop ginger and onion into long thin pieces.

Step 3 :

After 30 minutes, put a pan on gas, light it up and add 4 spoons of olive oil.

Step 4 :

When the oil is bit hot, add cumin seeds.

Step 5 :

After the cumin seeds turn brown, add chopped green chili and stir well.

Step 6 :

After some time, add ginger and then onion. When onion gets brown, add the tomatoes. Don't overcook the ingredients.

Step 7 :

Add boiled green peas and stir for five minutes. Add quinoa along with the water in it.

Step 8 :

Bring it to boil and once it is boiled, make the flame low and cover it with a lid. Keep it on low flame for 20 minutes, then turn off the gas.

Step 9 :

Garnish it with coriander leaves, serve it hot with curd.
