Quinoa Broccoli Burger

Preparation

Step 1 :

Boil quinoa for 5 minutes and strain. Set it aside to cool. Then blend it.

Step 2 :

Blend the broccoli florets.

Step 3 :

Mix quinoa, oats, mashed chickpeas and broccoli together.

Step 4 :

Mix spring onions, hara dhania, parsley and all other masala ingredients to make a paste.

Step 5 :

Make round cutlets and shallow fry them in a pan with olive oil.

Step 6 :

Cut the burger buns into half and lightly fry the buns on both sides.

Step 7 :

On one half of the bun, put the lettuce, one tomato slice and quinoa cutlet. Top it with a cheese slice and cucumber slice. Close it with the other half of the bun and secure with a tooth pick.

Step 8 : Serve with
