A nutritious quinoa laddu for hunger pangs and sweet cravings!

Preparation

Step 1 :

In a heavy bottomed pan, add quinoa and roast until golden brown and aromatic.

Step 2 :

Let it cool completely in a separate plate. Grind the roasted quinoa and cardamom seeds to a fine powder.

Step 3 :

Add the powdered jaggery and grind it again until well combined. Transfer the powdered quinoa to a mixing bowl and add hot ghee.

Step 4 :

Mix well and shape the mixture into ladoos.

Step 5 :

You can add 2 tbsp. of hot milk, 1 tbsp. at a time (only if the mixture is too dry).

Step 6 :

Store them in an airtight container. If you add milk, shelf life will be less (about a week) and you can store them in refrigerator.
