A quick, chewy and gluten free chocolate chip cookie recipe made with healthy quinoa flour!

Preparation

Step 1 :

Preheat oven to 170-degrees Celsius.

Step 2 :

In large bowl, mix quinoa flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

Step 3 :

In another bowl, whisk the oil and brown sugar until smooth. Add in egg and vanilla. Whisk again until smooth and creamy.

Step 4 :

Add in flour and mix until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.

Step 5 :

Roll the dough into 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake 10-11 minutes or until edges began to turn slightly brown.

Step 6 :

Remove from oven and let cool for few minutes on the baking tray. Once they cool down, transfer to an airtight container.
