Preparation

Step 1 :

Soak 20 gm quinoa and 30 gm buckwheat for 30 minutes.

Step 2 :

Finely chop vegetables like broccoli, beans, carrots, tomatoes, crushed garlic, onions and mushroom.

Step 3 :

Add oil/ghee in the wok and sauté the veggies that take more time before putting other veggies like tomatoes. Put beans, carrots, mushroom, broccoli, garlic and tomatoes.

Step 4 :

Add quinoa and buckwheat with 150 ml of water and cover the lid.

Step 5 :

Add salt and pepper seasoning and serve with coriander, lemon juice and soaked and sliced almonds.
