A unique and wholesome take on the idli.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Roast rava and quinoa separately. Soak quinoa in water for 1 hour.

Step 2 :

Mix quinoa and rava in 1 cup of curd and keep aside for 15 minutes.

Step 3 :

Cut all the veggies finely.

Step 4 :

Heat butter in a pan. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves.

Step 5 :

Add onion and sauté for 1 minute. Add all veggies and green chilli.

Step 6 :

Mix well, add little salt as the batter will have salt.

Step 7 :

Cover it till all the water dries.

Step 8 :

Remove from the fire.

Step 9 :

Add salt to the rava and quinoa batter. If the batter is thick, add little water.

Step 10 :

Take muffins mould, pour one spoon of the prepared idli batter.

Step 11 :

Pour one small spoon of veggies. Then add cheese.

Step 12 :

Repeat it again finally add more cheese on top.

Step 13 :

Bake it for 10-15 minutes in preheated oven.

Step 14 :

I make in microwave and then grilled for 2 minutes.

Step 15 :

Eat with sauce or coconut chutney.
