A sweet quinoa delight that is healthy and nutritious.

Preparation

Step 1 :

First, take raw quinoa and grind it in the mixer.

Step 2 :

Once finely ground, pour it in a bowl and add 2 spoons of curd, mashed bananas and 2-3 spoons of honey, depending on the taste.

Step 3 :

Add a pinch of cinnamon powder. And finally, add some crushed walnuts. Mix all of them together. If required, add water for consistency. Make sure that the batter is not too thin or thick.

Step 4 :

Once completed, spread some of the batter evenly on a non-stick pan. Cook equally on both sides on low flame.

Step 5 :

When done, serve it in a plate. It can be accompanied with some maple syrup, whipped cream and fresh cut fruits.
