Quinoa Dosas

Loaded with protein, this is an ideal dish for the school going kids! The batter yields roughly 17-18 dosas.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Soak quinoa, black gram dal and methi seeds for 2-3 hours.

Step 2 :

Grind to a smooth batter in a blender and allow it to ferment overnight.

Step 3 :

Heat a non-stick tava, pour a ladle full of batter in the centre and spread like a regular dosa. Do not forget to drizzle some oil around it.

Step 4 :

After the bottom turns golden in colour, flip the dosa. You can drizzle 1/2 tsp oil around. Cook till the dosa turns crisp and golden.

Step 5 :

Serve this healthy and tasty dosa with peanut chutney and molagapodi ( spicy idli powder).
