Quinoa Fried Rice

A healthy Chinese fried rice prepared from quinoa and lots of veggies. It is quick and easy to prepare!

Preparation

Step 1 :

Take the measured water and bring it to boil. Add the quinoa and cook it on a slow flame for 10-12 minutes. Let it cool down.

Step 2 :

Heat a large wok, add oil, and once it is hot put in the chopped spring onions.

Step 3 :

Add all the veggies and green chillies and turn the flame to high. The veggies should be sautéed till they cook and become crunchy.

Step 4 :

Add salt, pepper, vinegar and soy sauce.

Step 5 :

Add the quinoa and mix well.

Step 6 :

Serve with vegetable and sweet and sour sauce.
