Cold Brew Coffee

Cold brew coffee is perfect to enjoy delicious coffee which is less bitter and acidic than the normal brew. I use a coarse ground coffee like Cothas. Having an equipment like a French Press makes this recipe even easier.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Add the ground coffee with water in French Press and stir it. If you are not using a French Press, add it to a glass jar. Stir well.

Step 2 :

Cover and refrigerate it for at least 12 hours (up to 15 hours).

Step 3 :

Remove and strain it twice using a muslin cloth or coffee filter. If you are using a French Press, then press the filter.

Step 4 :

To serve, add about 1/2 cup of brew and add vanilla syrup. Top it up with frothy milk. Serve with ice. For a hot cup, heat the brew and add steaming milk along with vanilla syrup.
