Cakes are always welcome as a dessert and can be enjoyed as a tea snack too. I’ve made mine with coffee flavour and chocolate topping. Came out so well that it feels like I am having a sip of coffee!

Preparation
Step 1 :
In a cup, add curd and mix the baking soda in it.
Step 2 :
Keep aside for 5 minutes.
Step 3 :
In a bowl, mix sugar, oil, coffee powder and baking powder.
Step 4 :
Add the curd with baking soda and mix well.
Step 5 :
Sieve the all-purpose flour on it and mix well.
Step 6 :
Keep mixing so that no lumps formed.
Step 7 :
Pre-heat the oven at 150-160 degree for 10 minutes.
Step 8 :
Grease the baking tray with oil.
Step 9 :
Pour the batter in it.
Step 10 :
Bake it for 45 minutes at 150-degree temperature.
Step 11 :
Check with a toothpick or knife after 45 minutes, if comes clean then take it out. If it still sticks, then bake for another 5-10 minutes.
Step 12 :
Take out and let it cool down to room temperature. Demould it.
Step 13 :
Grate the dairy milk chocolate on it.
Step 14 :
Slice it and serve with tea or as dessert.
