Preparation

Step 1 :

Soak quinoa, dal, rice, methi seeds for 4-5 hours.

Step 2 :

Grind them together to a smooth paste.

Step 3 :

Leave it overnight or 8 hours to ferment.

Step 4 :

Once the batter is fermented steam the idlies.

Step 5 :

You can also make paniyarams from the same batter by adding onion, green chillies and ginger to the batter and then frying them in the paniyaram pan.
