Sabudana Khichadi

Sabudana is widely eaten during the Navratri days. Dietitians usually advise to have it for breakfast to be fit.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Soak the sabudana for 2 hours and then strain and spread it on a cotton cloth for 2- 3 hours.

Step 2 :

Take a frying pan and add 2 tbsp. oil to it.

Step 3 :

Once it gets hot, add chopped boiled potatoes and tomatoes. Add green chillies and peanuts.

Step 4 :

Add the soaked sabudana and then the salt and chilli.

Step 5 :

Add lemon juice and stir well.

Step 6 :

Switch off the flame and cover it with cotton cloth. Let it remain like this for 10 minutes.

Step 7 :

Let the flavours come together and then eat it hot!
