A healthier version of your regular brownie, this recipe that uses quinoa instead of maida can be enjoyed anytime you wish.

Method

Step 1 :

Boil 1 cup of quinoa with two cups of water for 20 minutes or till it is cooked.

Step 2 :

Mix all the ingredients in a blender till it reaches a smooth consistency.

Step 3 :

Pour this on a greased microwavable tray.

Step 4 :

Preheat the oven for 180 degree celsius.

Step 5 :

Bake the batter for 30-40 minutes (insert a toothpick, if it does not come clean, cook for some more time).

Step 6 :

Once it is cooled, cut it into pieces and serve.
