Quinoa Dal

Preparation

Step 1 :

Take half cup of quinoa and half cup of moong dal. Add 2 cups of water and put it in a pressure cooker. Let it cook for 3-4 whistles.

Step 2 :

In a pan on a medium flame, add oil and once it gets hot, add the jeera seeds. After it splatters, add curry leaves, onion, green chillies and ginger-garlic paste. Sauté it for two minutes and add the haldi powder. Then add the cooked dal and quinoa. Lastly, add salt.

Step 3 :

You can have it as it is or serve it with rice.
