Boil the quinoa with twice the amount of water for 20 minutes. Let it cool down.

Step 2 :

Put the soaked chickpea in a pressure cooker for four whistles or till it cooks.

Step 3 :

Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients (expect coriander) well. Lastly, garnish with coriander leaves.
