Preparation
Step 1 :
In a pressure cooker heat oil or ghee add clove cinnamon, cardamom let it crackle add meat, onion, ginger garlic paste, bay leaf, salt little water and pressure cook till three whistle
Step 2 :
Once meat becomes tender add red chilli, black pepper and curd n cook with lid open
Step 3 :
When oil start separating, add milk and cream and after sometime add rose water and turn off the gas. Garnish it with hot ghee.
