Preparation

Step 1 :

In a pressure cooker, add mutton rib bones, onion, tomato, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, salt, green chilli and water as per requirement and cook for 15 minutes.

Step 2 :

Roast and grind the pepper, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, and fennel seeds.

Step 3 :

Once the food is pressure cooked, filter the soup and add the grounded powder.

Step 4 :

Heat little oil in pan and add cinnamon and curry leaves.

Step 5 :

Add it to soup and garnish it with coriander leaves.
