Procedure for Chocolate Cake
Step 1 :
Take a bowl (bowl 1), Add maida, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda.
Step 2 :
Take another bowl (bowl 2), Add powder sugar, ghee/butter, milk powder.
Step 3 :
Add the content of bowl 2 in bowl 1 and mix well using a whisker.
Step 4 :
Now add milk little by little to bring the batter to a flow consistency (Note – do not make a runny batter, keep the consistency of batter between thick and runny)
Step 5 :
Apply butter in a utensil (utensil in which we will bake the cake) put 1 spoon of dry maida in the utensil and spread it all over, remove the excess maida by inverting the utensil.
Step 6 :
Add the batter in the baking utensil.
Step 7 :
Take a pressure cooker and put it on the flame after removing its whistle, add salt to the base of pressure cooker up to the thickness of 1 inch, preheat the cooker for 3 minutes on high flame and then put the baking utensil on the salt base inside the pressure cooker, and close the lid.
Step 8 :
Bake for around 30 minutes on low flame.
Step 9 :
Once the cake is baked, cut it into pieces.
Procedure for hot sauce
Step 1 :
Meanwhile the cake is baking, we will prepare hot chocolate sauce
Step 2 :
Take a pan, add cocoa powder, add sugar, add water.
Step 3 :
Let the mixture to heat and boil, stir occasionally
Step 4 :

After the desired thickness is achieved, put the flame off.
Plating
Step 1 :
Take a square plate
Step 2 :
Spread the crumbled biscuit on the plate all over
Step 3 :
Spread the crumbled biscuit on the plate all over

Spread hot chocolate sauce over the cake slices
Step 5 :
Add chopped almonds and raisins on the top
