Preparation

Step 1 :

Start with cutting veggies as per ingredient table.Prepare all ingredients.Now take a wok add oil into it, put on medium flame.

Step 2 :

Now add dry red chilli, dalchini and green cardamom sauté for 1 min now add jeera, mustard and saunf if crackles add ginger-garlic paste & green chilli in it. Mix it properly.

Step 3 :

Now add onion and saute till transparent, add tomato in it saute it well until tomato getting soft. It's time to add all dry spices mix it well and saute until all masala mix with each other.

Step 4 :

Now add chana to it and mix well with all, after mixing add boiled rice with a light hand with all masala in a wok. Now sprinkle chana masala and mix well. After this sprinkle some water just for light moisture.

Step 5 :

Pour it into a serving bowl and garnish with coriander and pomegranate. Taste excellent with a different kind of raita.( boondi or cucumber or any of your favourite)

Step 6 :

Lemon juice is optional.

Step 7 :

Serve hot, Enjoy a complete meal.
