Preparation
Step 1 :
Take a bowl add butter and beat it for 3 minutes, then add sugar and mix it.
After that add eggs, beat it.
Step 2 :
In another bowl take Maida, baking powder, cocoa powder and salt(optional),mix the entire powder mixture into egg mixture and finally add milk and vanilla extract.
Step 3 :
Take baking dish, grease it with butter or take parchment paper and pour the mixture into the dish, Place it in preheated oven at 180 degree for 30 minutes. (Preheat the oven for 20 min at 180 degrees)
Step 4 : For Chocolate Sauce
Take cream in heavy bottomed pan then add icing sugar, cocoa powder and vanilla extract. Place it on the stove at low flame and boil the mixture for 5 to7 minutes. Let it cool completely then we will get thick sauce consistency.
Step 5 : Garnishing
After 35 min your cake will be ready let it cool, after that make two layers apply sauce and sliced almonds and cashews. Place the other layer onto the top, add sauce on the top with almonds.
Your Chocolate cake is ready.
