Aloo bondas with a twist. Soya chunks lend to the nutrition value to the otherwise fried snack.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Take a pan to prepare the stuffing masala. Switch on the stove, keep the pan, add butter 1 spoon, and add onions, ginger garlic paste, fry for few minutes till the raw smell goes off.

Step 2 :

Add the cooked and mashed potatoes. All the masala powders and cook for few minutes. Then add soya granules and mix well.

Step 3 :

If you need add few drops of water and cook the masala. Add dhaniya leaves at the end.

Step 4 :

Once it cools down, roll it into small balls and cover the ball with the batter and drop the same in the pan and fry it on all the sides with butter till it turns golden brown.

Step 5 :

You can serve it hot or when it cools off.
