Vanilla Overloaded Cold Coffee

A delicious concoction of cold coffee, vanilla ice-cream and chocolate syrup, this recipe can be enjoyed when you need something refreshing or when guests arrive home.

Preparation

Step 1 :

In a blender, mix the coffee (2 tbsps.), sugar (2 tbsps.) and just wet it with water.

Step 2 :

Blend the mixture until it gets a cream-like texture and becomes a bit light brown.

Step 3 :

Cut the vanilla brick in the ratio 3:1 (we will use 3/4th part to blend and 1/4th part for dressing).

Step 4 :

Pour liquid chocolate syrup (1 tbsp.) at the bottom of the glass and use a spoon to make designs on glass surface.

Step 5 :

Put one glass of milk, prepared blended mixture, 6 tbsp. chocolate syrup, 10 ice cubes (crushed) and 3/4th of the vanilla brick and blend it. (Use more sugar if needed.)

Step 6 :

Serve it in four glasses.

Step 7 :

Use cocoa powder, chocolate syrup and the remaining vanilla for dressing.
