Banana Smoothie

This banana smoothie is healthy, tasty and nutritious. The thick curd adds to the taste and texture. There is no need to add water. To make it healthier, I put honey instead of sugar.

Step 1 :

Peel and mash the banana.

Step 2 :

Add yoghurt, chilled milk and honey or sugar in a blender.

Step 3 :

Blend till it becomes smooth.

Step 4 :

Serve in tall glass with banana slices.
