Preparation

Step 1 :

On a flat pan, pour two ladles of Fresho Idly Dosa Batter and spread the batter to form a thick circle.

Step 2 :

Cook both sides till they turn light golden brown.

Step 3 :

Slice the uttapam into 8 to 10 sections.

Step 4 :

Shallow fry the sections in oil until they turn crispy golden brown.

Step 5 :

Garnish with a sprinkle of chat masala and chopped coriander.

Step 6 :

Serve as it is or with a tomato or cheese dip.
