Preparation

Step 1 :

Keep 250gm of soaked chana and 150gm of sugar in cooker and steam for 5 whistles so that it becomes a thick mix. Add cardamom if required and make them into the shape of balls.

Step 2 :

Dip the sweet chana mix balls in dosa batter and deep fry them in oil until they turn golden brown.

Step 3 :

Take out and keep aside for 5-10 minutes for it to cool.

Step 4 :

Enjoy the Poornam.
