Stuffed Idli Muffin

A delicious twist to the regular idli.

Cooking Steps

Preparation

Step 1 :

Take a bowl and put readymade rava idli mix in it. Add curd and water as required and mix it well and keep it aside.

Step 2 :

Simultaneously, take another bowl and put hung curd, Schezwan sauce, chopped coriander leaves, chopped raisins, pinch of salt and mix well.

Step 3 :

Take another bowl and put chopped onions and capsicum and season it with pinch of salt and chat masala. Mix it well and keep aside.

Step 4 :

Boil water in a steamer. Now take silicon muffin moulds and fill 1/4th of moulds by rava idli mix and steam it for 1-2 minutes. Then pour 1 tsp of hung curd stuffing in it. After that, put the rava idli mix over the stuffing. Top it with the onion capsicum topping and steam it for 10-12 minutes.

Step 5 :

Before you unmould, let it cool for 5 minutes. The stuffed idli muffin is ready.

Step 6 :

Serve it hot with tomato sauce or coconut chutney.
