Soy-A-Tikka is a perfect for a quick snack or small get togethers. It is an easy recipe, providing you and your family with a tasty yet healthy option.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Soak the soya beans in boiled water for 2 minutes. Take them out in a container and drain the excess water.

Step 2 :

Chop capsicum and onion into small pieces (similar the size of one soya bean).

Step 3 :

Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin powder. Sauté chopped vegetables and soya beans in it for 1-2 minutes. Add salt, red chili powder, pepper, garam masala, mayonnaise. Let it cook for 3-4 minutes on a low flame.

Step 4 :

Insert a piece of soya bean, capsicum and onion and repeat the order in a tooth pick until the space is filled on it.

Step 5 :

Roast the soya sticks for 2-5 seconds on a grill or a high flame to give a smoky taste.
