Rice Methi Pakoda is easy to make, tasty and healthy. It can be served hot with meals or can be enjoyed with tea and coffee.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Mash the cooked rice with the help of a spoon or blend it into a blender (without adding water).

Step 2 :

To the mashed rice, add salt, chilli powder/chilli flakes, hand crushed kasuri methi and mix well.

Step 3 :

Take a skillet and heat oil for deep frying. Take very small amount of the rice mixture (as small as kulkul) and deep fry it in the oil till it turns golden brown in colour.

Step 4 :

Serve it hot with chilli / tomato sauce. You can enjoy it with meals, tea/coffee.
