Whisked out of whipped cream, mango pulp and condensed milk, this mango ice-cream is absolutely delicious!

Preparation

Step 1 :

Take whipping cream in a bowl, whip it at a medium speed till it gets a cream like consistency.Then whip at full speed till it becomes foam like.

Step 2 :

Add pureed mangoes pulp and condensed milk.

Step 3 :

Whip at full speed or simply fold the ingredients well finally. Add elaichi powder.

Step 4 :

Put the whole mixture in the refrigerator and freeze it for 5 to 6 hours.

Step 5 :

Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled.
