Preparation

Step 1 :

Wash the chicken thoroughly and keep it aside.

Step 2 :

Make a fine paste of green chillies, coriander, ginger and garlic.

Step 3 :

Marinate chicken with this paste. Also, add black pepper, lemon and salt as required for marination. Keep it aside for 30 minutes and let it marinate well.

Step 4 :

Heat oil in a pan and add saute jeera.

Step 5 :

Now, add the marinated chicken to it and cover it with lid.

Step 6 :

Let it cook in the same paste. If required, add very little water to avoid the chicken from sticking to the pan.

Step 7 :

Once the chicken is cooked well, it is ready to be served.
