Preparation
Step 1 :
Sift flour, baking soda and salt together and keep aside.
Step 2 :
In a mixing bowl, add butter and both the sugars. Using an electric beater, whisk it together until it turns light and fluffy.
Step 3 :
Add vanilla extract and mix again with an electric beater.
Step 4 :
Add the eggs one at a time and mix with an electric beater.
Step 5 :
Add the dry ingredients and beat it again with the electric beater. Make sure that you do not overmix it.
Step 6 :
Add chopped oreos and fold it using a spatula.
Step 7 :
Add both the chocolate chips and white chocolate and fold with a spatula.
Step 8 :
In a baking dish, line a butter paper and make small balls of the cookie dough. Place them leaving plenty of space.
Step 9 :
Bake at 150 degree for 25 minutes. Let them cool down and then serve.
