Creamy Mushroom

This recipe is a tasty starter. It is easy to cook and will make you love mushroom more.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Clean the mushroom with tissue paper. Cut them into pieces.

Step 2 :

Heat 1 tbsp. butter in a non-stick pan. After it melts, add the mushrooms.

Step 3 :

Keep it on low flame for 2-3 minutes. Cover it with a lid.

Step 4 :

After the mushrooms get a little fried in butter, add 4 tbsp of Fresh Cream. Add salt, black pepper and herbs.

Step 5 :

Give it a nice mix, so that the mushrooms are coated well in the cream.

Step 6 :

Cover the pan again with the lid for 10-12 minutes. Keep mixing in between to avoid getting it burnt.

Step 7 :

Serve the hot recipe on a plate and garnish it with coriander.
