This is a flavourful, rich and creamy North Indian recipe. It is believed that when the Mughal empire settled in India, they invented this as a starter, where they marinated the chicken in a few spices.

Step 1 :

Marinate the chicken with salt, black pepper, cashew nut paste, ginger and garlic paste and cream.

Step 2 :

Mix it well and leave it in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Take a non-stick pan or in oven tray, spread the butter or grease the pan and grill it for 7 to 8 minutes. Serve this tikka with rumali roti.
