This recipe is a fun twist to normal vermicelli. It's a great breakfast option for children.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Heat oil in a pan.

Step 2 :

Add onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes on a medium flame.

Step 3 :

Add capsicum, carrot and sprinkle salt. Sauté for 3-4 minutes on a medium flame.

Step 4 :

Add Maggi masala powder and sauté for 1 minute.

Step 5 :

Add water and boil till all the vegetables become soft.

Step 6 :

Add peas and mix well.

Step 7 :

Then add vermicelli and cook for 6-8 minutes.

Step 8 :

Serve hot.
