Aloo Paneer Stuffed Manchurian

This recipe is a fun twist to the regular Manchurian!

Preparation

Step 1 :

Grease the plate with ghee and add mashed potatoes, salt and all-purpose flour. Mix it gently into a smooth dough without water and set aside.

Step 2 :

Cut paneer into small pieces.

Step 3 :

Take a small portion of dough and make a small ball. Fill it with paneer cubes. Deep fry it and set aside. Repeat process.

Step 4 :

Heat a pan and add oil, onion, ginger-garlic paste and fry it a little. Add all the sauces - chilli soya, tomato and vinegar. Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, black pepper powder, a little water and mix well.

Step 5 :

Add the fried aloo paneer in the pan and mix it well. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
