Preparation

Step 1 :

Cut cauliflower into pieces and add 2 tablespoons of maida, 1 tablespoon of cornflour, 1 tablespoon soya sauce and salt. Mix well and deep fry it in a pan.

Step 2 :

Then cut 2 medium sized onions, a few spring onions and 1 capsicum.

Step 3 :

Pour oil in pan. Saute 4 finely chopped garlic pods and 2 chillies.

Step 4 :

Add all the cut vegetables and sauté it till it becomes golden brown.

Step 5 :

Add the fried gobi. Follow it by adding a bit of cornstarch, 2 tablespoons soya sauce, 2 tablespoons chilly and tomato sauce, add half tablespoon vinegar.

Step 6 :

Add coriander leaves and sauté for 2 minutes. The recipe is ready to be served.
