Preparation

Step 1 :

Clean the capsicum and cut it into in very small pieces.

Step 2 :

Heat the pan and add 1 teaspoon of oil to it.

Step 3 :

Once heated, add the capsicum pieces. Keep the lid on and let it cook for some time.

Step 4 :

Once the oil starts separating, add salt and garam masala.

Step 5 :

Add grated paneer and remove the pan from the stove.

Step 6 :

Toast the bread slices. Apply tomato ketchup on one bread slice and layer it with the boiled capsicum and paneer curry. Sprinkle a little bit of chaat masala.

Step 7 :

Apply mayonnaise on another bread slice and close the sandwich. Serve it hot.
