Corn Spinach Cutlets

This recipe can be enjoyed as a starter. It is healthy as it contains spinach. Serve with tomato ketchup for an enhanced taste.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Boil two potatoes.

Step 2 :

Boil the spinach for 2/3 minutes.

Step 3 :

Partially grind the corn seeds.

Step 4 :

After boiling the spinach, grind it along with chillies, ginger and garlic to create a paste.

Step 5 :

Mash the potatoes and add the paste, salt, amchur powder and the ground corn seeds to create a mixture.

Step 6 :

Mould the mixture into desired cutlets shape (round, heart, etc.) and coat it with rava to make it crisp.

Step 7 :

Deep fry it till it gets a golden colour.
