Preparation
Step 1 :
Chop a 1/2 kg of boneless salmon into small pieces and place into a bowl.
Step 2 :
Chop one medium sized onion and 4 chilies (more or less depending on spice preference) and add to the bowl with salmon.
Step 3 :
Generously add salt, garlic powder and Italian seasonings according to your spice preference.
Step 4 :
Add 2 eggs and mix together. Then add approximately 1/3 cup of bread crumbs and mix. If the mixture is still very runny add more bread crumbs until it can be formed into a patty.
Step 5 :
Add 1 TBs of oil to a pan and heat on medium heat. Form the salmon mixture into flat patties and add to pan. Cover and allow to cook until brown on one side and then flip them and cover again.
Step 6 :
Once browned on each side check to make sure it is cooked in the middle. Once it is cooked all the way through you can serve with brown rice and a steamed vegetable of your choice.
