Step 1 :

Cut boiled sweet potato into chunks, tomatoes into cubes & finely chop the green onions.

Step 2 :

Add lemon juice. Mix all. add 1/2 tsp salt(preferably rock salt or regular will also do), a little paprika & little chaat masala.

Step 3 :

sprinkle coriander leaves for garnish. serve hot or cold.
